When you are breastfeeding, particularly at the beginning, things happen. Questions pop up.
“Why do my nipples feel like they’re on fire?”
“How does pumping work?” (I still don’t know)
“What can I do to avoid a dip in my supply during my period?“
“Is this normal?”
Having an online group at your fingertips to ask questions or that you can learn so much information from just by reading others’ posts is such a great support.
You are bonded to the group members (even if you only lurk, like me) because of this common interest and because you all belong to the world of breastfeeding mothers.
If you’re a breastfeeding mom, give yourself access to this wealth of information.
Here is a list of great breastfeeding pages and groups that I recommend to any breastfeeding mom.
To be clear, this is not a complete list of all breastfeeding pages out there. These are just the ones that I follow.
Groups
These groups are private so no outsider-friends will see your posts on their feed. Phew!
Furthermore, you have the option to post anonymously in the group for added discretion.

Pages
FYI: These pages are public, so your comments may or may not show on your friends’ feed. So definitely don’t post complaints about any of your Facebook friends (i.e. MIL).
This, right here, is the breastfeeding queen, in my opinion. She’s a mother, a lactation consultant (IBCLC), a blogger and author. Her blog posts, which she shares on this page, are so educational and empowering. She is a great ally for moms breastfeeding toddlers. I’m here for all her amazing content.
The Breastmilk Queen – Amy McGlade
The Breastmilk Queen shares relatable, empowering and funny memes. She also has products that are relevant to a breastfeeding mom… including a breastmilk jewelry making course. I want!
An IBCLC and author, Pinky McKay shares loads of information on breastfeeding and cosleeping. She has written various books on subjects such as toddlers, sleep and gentle weaning.
Follow this page for loads of tips and information and access to their organic lactation products shop.
Founder Krystal Duhaney is an IBCLC and shares many IGTVs, lives and stories answering all kinds of breastfeeding questions and sharing tips and tricks with demonstrations.
Those are my beloved resources. I hope they fill in any gaps in your breastfeeding support system, or simply supplement it ❤
